The Client Commitments were developed by the CCG as the code of conduct that is essential for success when instigating construction activities. They focus on the six areas where clients can make a positive difference to enable better value:

- Procurement and integration
- Health and safety
- Design quality

CCG KPI’s for health and safety in the Construction Industry
For the first time clients have come together to collectively set out what their expectations are from the construction industry with respect to health and safety performance. CCG has also set out what it believes clients can do to help assist with these indicators. It is envisaged that clients will be able to use these or a variation of these at a project level.
