The CCG recently surveyed its members with the objective of identifying measures that can be better defined to demonstrate achievement, understand good performance and also provide a consistent measuring tool. The results showed our members already measuring:
- Predictability of Cost
- Predictability of Time
- Quality performance
- Health & Safety performance
The results also showed some of our members outperforming against the 2014 National KPI results, a clear indication on the benefits and advantages of using the Client Commitments charter. Over the next few months the CCG will be developing tools to enable our members to build on what they already measure and achieve, share best practice with its peers and supply side, with the goal to continually outperform the National KPI annual results to gain a competitive business advantage.
